That's called personal responsibility - and there's lots of it here, but only in those responding.

As for the CoC, it's not called the Polite Suggestions of Carriage. It very clearly spells out both sides of responsibility. Contracts usually go unread at one party's peril. And for some reason, I'm not worried about CO here.

And yes, your experience did suck...I don't disagree there. However, alerting your Congressman and alerting consumer advocacy groups to a company's response to an issue that is par for the course is indeed wasting their time. My time is important, but I choose to waste a few minutes donating my $.02 (only $124.98 to go) to this idiocy.

I hope CO laughs at you, and I hope you find another carrier to serve your TPAC needs...given the tone of some posts, I would heartily suggest to the OP that he relocate to IAD, DEN, ORD, or SFO.
