Are you an Ambassador or Royal Ambassador. From the sounds of it (and your profile), it sounds like an Ambassador. If so, that's an awfully nice upgrade you got into the Parlor Suite at IC Miami, AND CLUB ACCESS. If you're RA, then that is pretty standard (although I enjoy the RA upgrades here).
BTW, is Aristedes (an older black guy that's always helpful and smiling) still a lounge attendant in the lounge here? Aristedes was THE best lounge attendant I've ever had. I got phenominal service from him on my stay there last year................^^^^^^^ I can't wait to go back just to go to the lounge again. I know probably nobody here will agree with me, but I enjoyed this lounge more than IC Le Grand's lounge. ^

Booked deluxe king. Got double bumped to 2 DBL BEDS PARLOR STE WITH SOFA BED on 32nd floor. I was excited at first. But disappointed once I got into the room. Dated furnishings and small/frustrating pay per view tv experience. On the plus, high floor and club access more than made up for it.
How is the exec. lounge?
A bit smallish. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. Good selection of fruit, bakery products, some eggs/cereal etc. Coffee/drinks were all fine too. Service was very attentive however. Did not go back for afternoon services.
