How interesting - and unfair!

I rang KrisFlyer and they can help me redeem my 3 x business class one way Syd/Singapore/London at the full cost of Standard Buisness over the phone.

BUT - I can't do it online and get the 15% discount as the seats are not released on any leg of the trip!!!!.

Is Singapore Air giving preferential treatment to members who ring up and redeem points then release to online later!
