I am looking to redeem a 'standard' business ticket Syd/London/Syd on 23 April 2010, which today is now 350 days out. Based in Sydney.

I have gone to 'online redemption' on 8 May 2009 [350 days out] at midnight, 6am, 8.30am and now 9.45am and still no luck - can do for 22 April 2010, the 24 April 2010 says you have to wait 350 days.

On 23 April 2010 it says 'Sorry, there are no seats available on the date you requested' I rang KrisFlyer and they say they haven't been released as yet.

So can anyone assist and let me know at what time of the day in Australia are online redemption seats released
