Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, very. Again, like with the IC Miami post above, this was my 2nd visit to IC SF/Howard, and the combined 1st experiences at each were what sold me on the ambassador program. Unlike above, the IC SF/Howard 2nd go around was just as good as the first, if not better (since I got upgraded/treated even better).

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked king superior. Got king deluxe. Not much better...but understandable as there was a huge tech conf at Moscone down the street and they must have been packed.

How are the rooms?
Fantastic. Clean as can be, visually pleasing/clean lines/modern. Not much of a view from my room looking south/east towards CalTrain/SoBeach. Ambassador goods were fruit/very tasty/ripe. Replaced each day.

How is the exec. lounge?
NA

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- great service/attentiveness.
- room was smaller/better than the big/dated suite i had at IC miami.
- TV was huge/movie selection great.

Bad:
- just a bit busy/loud given convention.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Absolutely. IC SF/Howard has my business until they blow it/lose it.
