My travel advisor booked me into this hotel and sent a fax to the manager asking them to a) arrange a "car" to transfer me from the airport to pick me up and b) look after me during my stay as I am one of the advisors best clients.

I was surprised when I landed that I had a stretch limo waiting, still I thought the manager must be taking my advisers comment seriously.

During my stay the concierge asked if I would like a transfer back to the airport - I said yes but that a normal car would do.

When we left a stretch limo was waiting again.

I also had $172.50 on my hotel bill for the return limo fare. A taxi would have cost $36 return - so about 5 times more expensive.

My agent used the word "CAR". Would you say the hotel have taken advantage here?
