Sorry for going (slightly?) off topic. I don't want to start a thread on this, but what is the Hyatt at Olive 8 in Seattle supposed to be? Is it a Park Hyatt without the designation? Was it going to be one, but got caught when Hyatt started backing off from Park Hyatts? Was it going to be an Andaz, but something happened? It seems to share most attributes - there and missing - with the Park Hyatts. (I haven't stayed there yet.)
