So taking into account 20 years of no issues except this one, and the resolution, I can't complain about Marriott.
To the responsibility comments - accepted and lessons learned.
It was nice to be reminded and pay then. I hope they will continue.
Otherwise I feel, again a bit of the differentiating Marriott factors is getting lost.
