+1 for Blue Palace in Crete, definitely an amazing property; when my wife and I stayed there we had one of the two level suites with the private pool - what an experience and amazing view!

Hotel Alfonso XVIII in Seville - beautiful property with fantastic service; again with my wife we were upgraded to a suite on the butler floor. When one thinks of stereotypical Spain, Seville is it!

Resort at Singer Island - really amazing suites at this property and good amenities. Relatively easy to get to - just outside of Palm Beach. I know there is limited Starwood participation here, but I believe you can redeem points for stays.

W Union Square, W Times Square, St Regis - a couple of great properties if you want to enjoy NYC.

Two that I haven't had the pleasure to stay at yet: Mystique - Santorini, Greece and the W Maldives...maybe someday.
