Yes I noticed that in my last TATL flight in C. I agree it's a problem with the refills on the water. They didn't do it often enough for me in the past, now with the thimble full they give you, I had to repeatedly get up and go to the galley for more water many times. It would be easier if they gave me my own liter bottle.
The FA gave me a liter bottle yesterday in C on my FRA-ORD leg after a few requests on refills as I had a few too many beers the night before the flight. The cabin crew were very nice, the GA in FRA was another story.
