Aeroplan Miles into Hilton Honors

Hilton doesn't allow miles into points from Air Canada Aeroplan, anyone have any ideas/experiences on how to exchange these miles through another program so that ultimately I can exchange them into Honors points? I will also post this to Air Canada board.
