Well I took the flight in Dec and have to say I found it quite alright. I had an eco tix and managed to use my GUVs on both legs for an upgrade to C. Yes it is not the most awesome C seat by far, but it is wide enough to be comfy and seat recline is accceptable. The foot rest pulls up maybe to a 60-70% angle. Beats the heck out of flying Y on a 7.5hrs flight. Some C seats reclined to almost 170 degrees as some mechanism broke under the pressure of the pax and the seat just popped back. If that happens it gets tight for the pax behind but it is obviously a defect though no one said anything.

Meal service was quite good though I don't rememeber what exactly I had. Full course with appetizer, main and dessert. Wine was not great but hard liquor was served freely and the two guys on the outbound in the first row were quite boozed up when they left the plane in ALA. I mean if I had to pay 2K GBP for this I would not be so certain but on a 600 GBP eco fare and GUVs it was a very decent experience.
