Well in short, not at all. I have sympathy for parents trying to travel with screaming children.
Sometimes you're forced to travel with kids, and clearly there's no on/off crying switch.
Sometimes people with phobias, claustrophobia, or a need to acclimate to the time zone change are forced to travel, and clearly there's no on/off switch.
