Back on point, WN is on the low end in both of these markets in terms of frequency, they will operate 3x BWI and 5x MDW, against 8-10x BWI (US), and 10x MDW (DL). Not to mention if one includes ORD and DCA as co-terminals, WN's frequency pales in comparison.
