Fyi, a taxi ride from Waikiki to HNL is going to be pretty close to $50. If it's commute time and/or you have a driver that has decided to take advantage of a tourist and get on the freeway during a commute, then you might be looking at $100.
The manager's offer was not something to scoff at.
Your other complaints are legitimate and I would have expected some points issued as compensation.
