I am here now and the earlier reviews explain it all. Decent place that's hard to find the correct entrance. No upgrades were offered even though they show to be avalable on SPG.com. Also there was no mention of a lounge even though there shows to be one on Starwood's website. I am less then impressed with the service given so far.
