Come on sammyblackbaron, I´ll help you out if you´re still having trouble. Just go to ba.com and 3rd heading from left says "Information". Click and you will find flight information top left. Click on "timetables" and feed in your info. You will find that BA9 arrives 15.20, departing for Syd at 18.10 giving you loads of time to explore Suvarnabhumi Airport. Make sure you remember the gate number, and don´t forget that you will have to clear security, either level 3 or 4, to get back to the gate. Can be a big queue sometimes. If you are lucky and arrive pier G, the BA Club Lounge is right next to this security point.

Same proceedure for your return, have a great flight.
