If you don't want to calculate it it's also readily available from the QF site timetable:

Look for:
QF302 LHR-BKK-SYD
QF301 SYD-BKK-LHR
To view the flight details (incl. stopover details) click on the relevant green square.
Edited to add: after deboarding at BKK simply follow the corridor and the lounge is just before security with J on the right and F on the left IIRC. The gate areas are below and fill up quickly with a 744 load of passengers.
