A few mini bottles of Jack have accompanied me as part of my liquid bags for a while now. I've never had any problems with TSA or security in europe or australia, generally they'll see the bottles in my liquids bag and smile. I've even handed an empty mini bottle back to a FA with no questions asked. I end up drinking them at my destination more often than on the plane. A drink on the airline is expensive, but cheap compared to most mini bars.
