Since nobody else has responded, I will...

Just checked my account this morning -- AE was down earlier today -- and found both Duty Free and MKE-YYZ segment posted, so I guess the Aerofax does work. (Still must wait until Sunday for the sweep to add the 6K NAmerica flight segment bonus and the 50% Elite option bonus.)
