I was wondering if anyone has experience booking an award ticket when travelling with a baby? I dont want to part with XXXK miles for a childs ticket which would cost me 100 euro or so if buying the tickets.. anyone done this and how are KLM with it? Do you need to do it through the helpdesk? I fear the desk....
