I heard of a bus which I can take in Kowloon not direct to Parkview but Chang An Hotel and I guess I will then take a taxi.

Is there other ways? Train is out of question as Chang An Dongguan is far from Dongguan train station.

I don't know how to hire a safe private car in Shengzhen (Luo Hu station) but if anyone can make a recommendation I can try that too.
