They've seriously cut their prices - RMB80 gets a drink like Gin + Tonic, and even the house wines are not bad quality adn around RMB90. To give these guys credit, they know they have an image/perception problem to overcome (i.e. this place is mega-expensive) and are addressing it.
I would still rather go somewhere in the French Concession though, at the end of the day.
