I believe it was Orata. It was huge, probably about 24 inches from head to tail. The waiter brought it out on a large cart and proceeded to skin/debone it table side.
It was superb, but at the end of the day...it's fish and definitely was not worth $400. (it was something like $14-$15 per 100 grams of weight)
Sides were, of course, ala carte. Thankfully we ordered a bunch of them or I would have left hungry!
