Travelling the other day in 16A, I found that the middle armrest for 16A & 16B cannot be lowered. It is a single-piece armrest, which is shared by both pax.

Other than that I have to come to like the window seats upstairs, because they allow for extra storage space in and on top of the side bins, making up for the lack of such in the seat area itself. The drawback of those seats is definitely the narrower pathway to exit, due to the smaller space of between console and storage area below the screen.
