the airline should offer to fund the Pension if the company can fire the 5% nasty bitter FA's and Gate Dragons that don't want to work at AC and let the customer know every day.

I suspect its WAY less than 5%:-: but who knows.

Perhaps a few pilots who think its there god given right to HOG seat 1a on long haul flights, even when they have perfect rest area's.

And even though its risky to mention it, change some of the contracts so planes and customers don't sit in Hong Kong when FA's need 24 hours to " discuss makeup"
