I received TWO of these postcards in the mail a few weeks ago. I was also trying to figure out if I had joined any of these programs, and the range of dates goes from Sept 2000 - Sept 2008; hard to remember that far back sometimes. I think it is something that was tied into Priceline, where after you make your reservation, you get a free/special/exclusive offer for Reservation Rewards. You give them your billing info and credit card and you get a free 30 day trial. You then "forget" to cancel before the first 30 days, and you are billed $9.99 per month until you officially cancel. It's a scam that I think I may have fallen for in 2001.

Regardless... They are requiring information such as the last four digits of the card used to enroll or enrollment date in order to process the claim. Who can remember such info.?

Sad to say, most of these Class Action Settlements require alot of legwork to claim something, and end the end, you get a discount for future service or some such nonsense.
