I've been checking the web site pretty regularly to see if my 4rth Fast Track to Gold stay posted yet and was shocked to see that a previous stay had been deleted. I called HHonors desk and the CSR was really sharp. She fixed it in an instant plus added the points for that 4th stay I had been waiting.
Sounds like a lot of people had this problem! I'll have to be more careful about hanging on to receipts in the future.
