Yep, I was hit too. My last stay and 15,000 points disappeared overnight.

I just called to get my missing threshhold bonus from last quarter and when we finished that I asked about the missing stay. I was told that the deleted stays were a computer error that would be corrected in 5 to 7 days. The very nice CSR said they had been getting a lot of calls and I told her she had my sympathy. Let's not take it out on the CSRs.

Update My points and stay have been returned to my account overnight and not in 5 to 7 days. Good job.
