Thanks for the Heads Up! I was puzzling about why my on-line account listed my last stay correctly, but it did not show up in the table of stays, and my points hadn't been adjusted.
Called Customer Service, and sure enough, the stay had been deleted. The Rep thought it was because it was a "day stay" - ? Our plane was very late arriving, and we got to the hotel after midnight and checked out around noon - so it showed all on one date. Don't know why shouldn't I get credit even if it had been a "day stay", but she was happy to reinstate my stay. I'll keep an eye on it though. It worries me just a bit, because I didn't get a bill under my door, there was a mob at the front desk, and I called and asked them to mail me the bill. That was Feb. 4th, and it still hasn't shown up.
