Actually, that is a good point. Per the T&Cs, while you aren't supposed to get multiple night credits in one night (though it almost always does happen when staying at different hotels), you are entitled to points for up to 3 rooms per night. So should there be any issues at all, you still get to keep the points from both rooms.
