Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
PB Stay - 3 Nights. Booked a Deluxe Room, received a King Deluxe Room (hotel's policy not to upgrade on award stays).

How are the rooms?
The hotel was recently refurbished (before becoming an IC). The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, and nice TV, albeit difficult to watch in bed! The room seemed a little warm (the lowest the climate control could be set was 20C, but it seemed warmer during the night), and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

How is the exec. lounge?
No Access

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Nice, new hotel
- Good email communication (prior to stay)
- Complementary mini-bar on award stay, fully replenished daily and didn't appear on the bill (i.e. no adjustment at checkout).

Bad:
- Understaffed in the restaurant/room service
- No recognition of status, no welcome gift, no fruit, etc.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Excellent value @ only 5k per night! I have another 12-13 nights booked at this hotel over the coming 3 months.
