I would guess I'm about 50-0 for cutouts, though of course that's not a random sample.
Since I avoid Row 6 I doubt i can not give an informed answer. I do know some do not have a cutout while others do -- (and even with the cutout space it is insufficient for storage).
Do typically 10 A3xx (non-TED) segments annually, most common route is SFO/EWR
