Yes I have sat in all and I have sat in Row 6 without cutouts. Due to routes I fly the A320 (non-TED)/319 are the majority of my travel, I prefer Row 11 on A320. YMMV
I've always been curious about this: When was the last time you saw an A319 or non-TED A320 without a cutout? On what route? How many do you think there still are?
I would guess I'm about 50-0 for cutouts, though of course that's not a random sample.
