Are you just quoting seatguru, or do you actually agree? Every UA A319 and non-TED A320 I've ever been on has had a cutout, and there is enough legroom that those in window seats can usually get out without the others getting up. With underseat storage, views unobstructed by the wings, and early exit off the plane, Row 6 is, IMHO, one of the best E+ options in the fleet.
