Or, a much easier thing to do logistically could be to go to Glamour Bar by M. Same priced drinks, a dancefloor, some nice furniture to sit on, a nice view of the harbor from the Balcony..

Unless you're set on the whole height thing (I've never been to either Cloud 9 or the new Park)
