Well, I wasn't able to do OLCI. I called AC and the agent told me that it was because I was on the waitlist for an upgrade. Does this sound right?

The agent said I could check-in only at the airport up to four hours prior to my flight. I haven't checked in at an airport domestically in a number of years so don't even know if that number is right. As I live about 7 minutes from YQR I can head out there anytime, so would love to know if I can just pop by tomorrow morning (or even tonight). Ideas?
