If you want to see *somewhere* in Asia on an award ticket, think about a more remote city that has expensive airfare. One of the great things about awards is you can get to the more obscure places for the same cost. NRT, BKK, SIN and HKG may be great but if your next trip is a paid ticket, they'll be high on your list due to cost.

(I haven't traveled much in Asia except Japan so I can't really comment on where exactly to go, just a general observation)
