In each galley, we have a small First Aid Kit, which contains throat sweets, which are intended for sore throats, but we are more than happy to give them so anyone suffering ear problems. There is only about 8 in a pack, so not enough for the whole plane...

We also carry Vicks Inhalers which are good for sinus trouble too...

Please do ask the crew for something if you need it.
