If indeed the OP is not flying between HKG and CPT, then the OneWorld business class award will only cost 130,000 miles, rather than 150,000 miles. When there is an open jaw, the distance between the unflown cities does not count in calculating the total mileage on the award. (In fact, it looks like the OP could even squeeze in a side trip to France, Italy, Spain, etc., if desired, and still get the OneWorld award for only 130,000 miles.)
