Not to barge in (now that I've de-lurked myself here, I just cant' stop!), but I think what
ddavis was trying to indicate is that you can probably accomplish this by going to expedia.com and searching for the flights you're interested in. After your search is performed, click the "shortest flights" option radio button at the top to float the nonstops to the top.
For the route you mentioned (Cairo-Milan) Alitalia does offer direct flights (which you can book via Expedia, saving yourself the Italian lessons!)
EDIT: Clarified Expedia's interface (select shortest flights after you search the route) and corrected my speeling errores
