Also -JAL is terrible for flexibility - anything which is not prearranged in writing will not happen. They follow every rule by the book. They don't really care about One world Top Tier Status unless you are a JAL Frequent Flyer.

And I think the Business class on your SIN is Flat Shell not Neo right? That's not the latest.
On your Brisbane flight, which IFE you got? I think it should be on a 767-300ER right?
