While I wouldn't make a major deal out of not getting the water and cookies, I am curious - where the heck can you get a bottle of water for a quarter and cookies for 50 cents? Unless there's a 99 cent store in an airport or hotel, you'll probably get stuck paying at least three or four bucks for those items.
