As of right now management and the pilots union are in negotiations with a federal mediator. I know a person is working the case but I am not sure how long the actual process will go on. If talks stall and no agreement can be reached, I believe TPG and Republic will have to iron out a new contract to do more flying or not. Not real sure on that though.
TPG/Midwest will not make any decisions until the mediation has ended and what/if there were any agreements reached.
