In March, we flew Pluna between MVD and CWB after arriving on American. There were Pluna reps at the plane upon arrival to meet in-transit passengers who were very helpful. (We bought tickets separately but did not check bags so the connection was easy.)

On the CWB side, the employees were incredibly friendly.

In terms of the in flight experience: the RJs are all brand new, and the in flight experience was perfectly acceptable. In my opinion, they are way out of whack with their buy-on-board pricing (to the point that no one bought a single thing), but given the price I paid for the tickets, I'm not complaining.

I'd fly them again.
