I actually foresaw this happening long ago and stockpiled 3 3COM hubs myself. That was about 10 years ago and now they are all dead.

Alas, I'm in the country of Texas (currently part of the USA

). The two small hubs have external transformers. The two rackmount 3Coms would work with the proper cords, according to the documentation. I suspect you can find something in your side of the pond for less than the shipping costs, but if not, the offer stands.
