Well, IMO it's ridiculous that you have to call to find out this information. They can program in a myriad of different room rates that change daily if not more frequently, but they can't add a line to the T&Cs about how it costs to park? I can see at a glance how much it costs to ask for a crib to be sent to my room, but it's just too hard to put the parking info online?

I recently stayed at a property that I've stayed at multiple times in the past. On checkout I noticed a parking charge. I say what is this? The clerk replies that they just started charging for parking. I say how do you know I have a car? He says they just "assume" everyone has a car and it is up to me to tell them that I don't. I say no one mentioned anything at check-in about a parking charge and it's not disclosed on the Web site. He says I'm wrong, all of *wood properties put their parking charges online now. I say you are a complete moron. He says nothing. I say show me where it's disclosed online. He says nothing.

Now, was all of that really necessary? Wouldn't it be a lot easier just to add a line to the T&Cs with the parking charge?
