AA provided deodorant (spray) and hair spray in all of the shower rooms at ORD and DFW for many years; were missing last month but I dind't ask if they are no longer stocked. IB supplies men's cologne in gallon size bottles, some potent Spanish stuff that is excellent to use as mosquito repellent if you are going camping (but no other imaginable use). BA Concorde room would buy some for you (at no charge, of course) from a shop at LHR (just as they would get you any newspaper or magazine which they didn't happen to stock). But that stopped with the Concorde.
