I just read about the I-fare in another thread. Tried to see what some typical trans-pac I-fares would be, no luck, even though xpert flyer showed I fares available. What are the restrictions on I-fare tickets? How to you book them? Only through a travel agency? I searched here and on the Delta website and couldn't find any details.
