Don't forget, if you've got a subway-heavy travel day, you can purchase the Tokyo Metro day pass at the machines for Y710. Or if you're a OCD planner (like me ), you can pick up the Y900 2-day Tokyo Metro pass at the bus counter right in front as you enter the NRT arrival hall.

The deals are out there; you just have to look for them. And for what you pay for (clean, VERY punctual and reliable, safe transport) Japanese transport is worth the price.
